  2. @Logic B4Religion actually the constitution does not hold a position on how an impeachment enquiry is initiated. However, precedent has been set by the Nixon and Clinton impeachment enquiries and they were initiated by a vote by the entire house.. Given that impeachment of a sitting POTUS is about as severe an act as can occur, it seems to be a no brainer that the whole house should vote on whether or not to initiate an impeachment enquiry.

  3. @Logic B4Religion the “House” has the sole power of impeachment ... not the “speaker” .....but nice try in trying to give powers to Pelosi that she doesn’t have.
