But I do love how you people try to take a snippet in time of volatility in the stock market to try to sell the idea that the economy is in decline. You also have not countered how a GDP growth of 3.4% in the last quarter is an economy in decline. The figures speak for themselves and completely destroys your argument.   12. Jeremy Backup there has been a crisis on the southern border for 20 years and even though apprehensions have dropped, 52000 apprehensions a month is still a crisis. The demographics of illegal entry has changed thanks to loopholes like the Flores Settlement and laws related to unaccompanied minors. Now we have huge increase in accompanied minors and child traffickers using children to abuse these loophole.. this has created a humanitarian crisis as 1/3 of all girls and women are raped on this journey and 70% of people are assaulted. As far as effectiveness of the 18 to 30 foot steel bollard fences , border control have reported 90 to 95% reduction in illegal entries in the areas where these have already been installed. Finally I don’t know where you get the idea that the economy is declining when the last economic report showed na 3.4% growth in GDP and last months jobs figures showed 360000 new jobs were created.

Now imprisonment by race for every 100000 people is nearly exactly opposite with blacks making up the majority followed by Hispanics being roughly a half and whites being roughly a quarter..
