  1. Women can’t have it both ways . Their looks play a big part in getting the anchor job so why would they expect that to change when they are in the job ?

  9.  @eggsbenedict2251  no ! it’s more that women have the ability to hide their ageing with mounds of makeup so that when they achieve a certain age where the make up can no longer mask their age we see it more dramatically

  15.  @c.b.barlow  actually even though my point still stands regarding women who are the ones who exert the “ societal” pressure on other women to dress in certain ways I do actually respect that you don’t dye your hair or spend a lot of time “ prettying” yourself up. I take back the “ you must be a great catch snipe” as to you be quite honest I think low maintenance women are much more east and fun to be around .
