@Brian C Idiotboy, this guy has history of arrest with guns and the cops were telling him to get on the ground, he completely ignored them and reached into his car. The cop cannot second guess this guys intentions because within a split second he could be shot dead. It’s a very simple concept. COMPLY a with police instructions and keep your hands in plain sight or you risk being shot.
