@Ketowski nope Texas also has a clause c for the safety of the mother . That high profile case where the woman went to another state was told her life was not in danger if she went through with the whole pregnancy . “Texas' ban includes an exception allowing the procedure if, in a doctor's "reasonable medical judgment," the mother has a "life-threatening condition" related to the pregnancy that puts her at risk of death or "substantial impairment of a major bodily function."

@Ketowski firstly, if a doctor is not willing to to abort a baby on the grounds of the mothers life is in danger then that should tell you that they don’t really believe the mothers life is in danger so won’t risk aborting in case they lose their license. Secondly , have you heard of getting a second opinion? I guarantee you there are many doctors who would be willing to perform an abortion and be willing to argue the mothers life was in danger if required .
