  4. uhohhhsteven you are right in that the SC should be non partisan, however when you have a system where politicians decide who sits on the bench, then of course it’s going to turn out partisan. As far as republican senators too afraid to follow their own moral compass and tow the party line.. look at the Democrats senators , who have adopted the resist mentality and are forced bar none to vote against any government bill.. I wish the republican senators were that easily controlled, if so Obamacare would have been done and dusted.

  10. odog76543 Harley Davidson had already announced the closing of us based plant in January before Trump even started talking about Tariffs , you do the math. With Polaris, they are considering options but have done nothing. They will wait till all negotiations are finalised on trade before they commit to anything

  11. odog76543 of course companies are going to plan for worst case scenarios but no company will make the big decision to offshore until they are sure that all trade negotiations are complete. If the tariffs stay on , let them go, on the reverse side there will be other businesses that will benefit.. hold this conversation for a couple of months and see how it all pans out. I’m betting that things won’t be as glum as you think they will be.
