@MaggiesNight an unborn child has its own seperate DNA from conception it is not even debatable that it is a seperate life form growing in its mothers womb , how quickly you forget AOC’s ( about as left as you can get) 12 years left comment and numerous other climate alarmist over the decades who alway seem to predict the earth’s demise in a decade. Since when has legality equated to science? Legal laws are not scientific laws I’m thinking I’m dealing with a child who just got involved in politics in the last few months

@APPR3NTIC3 your comments never came up in my notifications, however , gender studies is an ideology , not a science . The fact that you people talk about social construct as opposed to the actual science of chromosomal structures should be clear evidence of that. So I don’t believe in an ideological definition of gender . If you however present a case of an individual and test chromosome structure and hormonal levels or any other scientifically measurable characteristic that determines their biology and then present your argument I’ll be more likely to listen.

@Croakin insects aren’t humans so let’s keep to the subject matter . However , as I’ve said in another comment if you provide individual cases of people who were born intersex or have chromosomal abnormalities that are measurable then I will have no problem , saying that these people may have been identified as the wrong sex at birth . The Problem I have is the concept that anyone can identify as another sex and you people have no problem accepting that... now if they produced some biological data of their chromosomal make up and any other scientifically measurable biological attribute that backed up their claim , then I would have no problem with it.

@Croakin unless the basis of a discipline is based on scientific principles then it is not a science. Gender studies has no basis in science , after all and I keep coming back to it ...you people believe gender is a social construct.. imagine if Newton tried to explain gravity by saying it was a social construct, he’d be laughed out of the academy

A 6 foot 2 100kg man who identifies as a woman who plays women’s football at a lower lever but has been rejected at the highest level because the fear that he is too big and dangerous . Or how about Fallon Fox ( a man) , who is the MMA fighter who broke the jaw of a female competitor .
