The 5.7 billion funding was requested by the experts who work at the border and include technology, additional staff ,more judges, humanitarian support as well as physical barriers at specific locations requested by border security..18 to 30 steel bollard fences have already been implemented and exist at various locations and border security are saying that it does work.. So get your facts right.
