  15. @jameswheeler349 that’s hilarious. So based on your definition BLM attempts to burn down a federal court house was actual an insurrection as it involved violent uprising against a government. How about pro Palestinian protesters who violently injured 6 capitol police officers during an uprising against the government . I guess they were actually insurrectionists too. Luckily the law doesn’t rely on feelings and people get charged for the actual “ crimes “ they committed. The bottom line is that there is a law on the books that specifically deals with insurrection 18 US code 2383 and it should tell you something when not one single person was charged under this insurrection law.
