  5.  @EMendonca-mp2mf  firstly, state laws don’t apply to federal elections. Secondly , DOJ and FEC declined to pursue this case ( in other words there is no case) Third , statute of limitations have clearly run out , and the clause for stopping the clock because trump was out of state can’t be used as he still has a residence in trump tower. Judges daughter has helped raise $93 million for democrat party a lot of of it based on litigation against trump so so this judge should clearly have recused himself for the appearance of a conflict . Finally the gag orders on trump only and not on witnesses against him shows a bias and is unconstitutional. Now if course he won’t dismiss the case because he makes the decisions on self recusal and decisions on motions to dismiss.
