  2. The are not fake electors but contingent electors, as there was a legal challenge still pending. The exact same thing happened in the 1960 Hawaii elections where contingent electors were put up pending results of a legal challenge.

  3. You people are so easily manipulated … do some research and you’ll find a precedent to contingent electors was set in the 1960 elections in Hawaii … the results were still in debate ( or legal challenge) and both parties put up a slate of electors S the deadline was about to pass.

Putting forward an alternate slate of electors just means that if the legal challenge goes their way then they have met the deadline and will have their electors votes count . If the legal challenge fails the of course their electors votes won’t count …This is just common sense .

There is a deadline where the slate of electors have to submit their votes … there were many challenges to the Georgia election and the deadline was fast approaching. Normally these are settled pretty quickly . As I said this happened with the 1960 elections in Hawaii where the Democrat party who were behind in the vote put in a contingent slate of electors …and when the final results of the election came through this contingent slate of electors ended up winning.

  15.  @josephsackett4535  they are contingent electors who place their vote contingent on the final result of the election… it’s very simple , when the results is clear and final and all legal challenges are exhausted then the slate of electors from the winning side have their votes counted . It’s not that big a deal
