  2. nand nicarrabla by definition checks and balances are in place so that not one branch of government has the unlimited ability to do whatever they want. Trump can’t get full funding for the wall, he has judges holding up his executive orders, the democrats will soon control the house. What part of checks and balances don’t you understand?
