@Muon Neutrino are you kidding me? It was Obama who allowed Russia to annex Crimea and Obama who never provided any lethal aid to Ukraine to help fight galant Russia... Trump provided lethal aid and he has condemned Russian action in the Ukraine.

@james conlin You do realise that by law that aid cannot be released until it has been determined that the recipient country is not corrupt or will not use the aid appropriately? Aid has been held up or stopped for Pakistan , Lebanon, Iran, El Salvador Guatemala Honduras, central Africa for many reasons, so you need to get your facts right before you make BS comments.
