  1. There are no 30 steel bollard “fences” currently in existence .. so if you see replacement of existing fences with 30 foot bollard fences then that is the new wall.. Fake News is trying its hardest to hide this fact from the public

The main features border security determined was essential was the 30 feet height and to be able to see through what was on the other side hence the 30 foot steel bollard “fences” ideally the tops of the walls would be concrete to make scaling difficult, however it would be difficult to pass these new walls as a fence replacement if they had concretes upper halves.
