  2. @Dennis Wolff of course it’s the treatment that’s helped Trump. That the whole point, we have learned a helluva lot more about his virus and therapeutics have come a long way. That’s why less people are dying even in places where the cases are rising.

  6. @Terry Hawwins iditoboy, just look up RealClearpolitics aggregated polls to see his approval rating on the sharp rise and you can either listen to the doctors assessment of his improved health or just judge for yourself from his videos and it’s quite obvious he is feeling and looking good

Given how quickly trump is getting over the virus and others seem to have very mild cases, this just strengthens the case for people to not be afraid of the virus and it s only those that are elderly or have a number of co morbidities that need to be extra careful, the rest just need to get on with their lives whilst taking appropriate precautions

  10. @Brenda Reilly if you don’t want to catch the virus then just keep away from people...it’s that simple, however , I very much doubt that this journalist will experience anything more than mild symptoms and be back at work in a 10 or so days after quarantining is over. Covid is not that big a deal for the vast majority of healthy people

  11. @on the outside looking in Idiotboy, it’s no big deal because there are therapeutics available now to deal with the virus. Similarly the flu is no big deal now because susceptible people can take a vaccine. However the bottom line is that the data shows that 99.5% off people who catch the virus survive and only experience mild symptoms. If you are elderly or have co morbidities such as heart disease, respiratory problems, diabetes or cancer , then it is more risky so these are the people who should consider isolating themselves from others

  12. @julie finlayson No! Most people are asymptomatic or only experience mild symptoms. I doubt this guy will end up in the hospital.
