@MARSHAL BAEK have you seen some of the dilapidated Vietnam war era helicopter landing pad fences and useless vehicle barriers that have been replaced by 30 foot steel bollard walls? The bottom line is ineffective rubbish is being replaced by walls that actually work..it is anticipated that up to 500 miles of effective wall will be completed by the end of 2020...

@christopher weise based on the bureau of labor statistics Trump stopped the decline in coal mining jobs and it has remained steady over his presidency. However, I do concede that changes in market drivers doesn’t look good for the future of coal mining . The biggest threat is the availability of low cost natural gas which is slowly replacing coal fired power stations.

@Scurra the steel industry is affected by a lot of external factors, however Americans have confidence in Trump to have their back when it comes to doing whatever it takes to look after their industries... the alternate Democrat presidential options give them no hope at all.

@Scurra you do realise that Obama never had a annual GDP growth above 3% whereas trump achieved 2.9% in 2018. Given that Obama was coming out of a recession most people would have expected a surge in GDP growth however, Obama presided over the weakest recovery since WW2. The reason I bring this up is that if Trump didn’t win the presidency then based on trends where 2016 had an annualised GDP growth of 1.9% , then the US under Clinton would have been in a much worse economic position. Now if a Democrat wins in 2020, watch business confidence bottom out and the economy come to a screaming halt.
