In the most serious crime of murder .The medic who was looking after the Iraqi soldier testified that it was he who killed the soldier and not Gallagher.. in all other allegations he was also found not Guilty
4
63 million voted him to do exactly what he is doing right now. Deal with it
3
Have you served?
2
Gallagher was found not guilty so are you suggesting the court got it wrong ?
2
@HearthCricket screaming at the sky at the anniversary of his election is not “ dealing with it” . Secondly Gallagher was found not guilty, so integrity and truth would be to respect the courts decision and treat him appropriately. Instead they tried destroying his life.
2
@Truth's Knight_0777 where does the responsibility stop. You could quite easily present an argument that the government is responsible for all killings committed by soldiers as the government trained them to kill so is vicariously liable for all actions of the soldier
2
@GreatWhiteBuckwheat there were numerous other soldiers in the photo... none of them were charged with the same offence.. to me that suggests victimisation
1
@GreatWhiteBuckwheat yes he was convicted of posing in a photo with a dead terrorist. My point is why wasn’t anyone else in the photo charged with the same crime?
1
@Zachary Fluke a medic actually testified that he killed the ISIS fighter and not Gallagher. Gallagher was only found guilty of taking a photo with a dead enemy soldier and was sentenced to 4 months in the Brig... note the 10 other soldiers on the picture were not charged with being in the photo. Don’t you find that strange?
1
@John Smith are you disputing 63 million people voted for Trump?
1
@Kwum aix the terrorist fighter was a soldier who’s whole purpose is to kill American soldiers. I don’t expect anyone to feel sorry for Gallagher , however no other solider who posed with the terrorist body was charged for being in the photo. So to me that looks like victimisation of Gallagher
1
@Steven Escover well , the constitution produced the electoral college in 1804 and that gave President Trump a landslide victory in 2016.. you people need to learn to respect the constitution and that Donald Trump is the duly elected President and Commander in Chief.
1
@Kwum aix a military court found Gallagher not guilty of all those charges and BTW rape and theft were never on the charge sheet. Are you saying the court got it wrong? Secondly there were 10 other soldiers in the photo with Gallagher
1
@Kwum aix Firstly he is a soldier and his job is to kill the enemy so calling him a mass murderer is disingenuous. Secondly, again I say he was found not guilty of any charges except posing with a dead body with 10 other soldiers. Why were these 10 other soldiers not charged with the exact same offence?
1
@Truth's Knight_0777 vicarious liability could be an argument used in the heat of battle when a commanding officer is barking out orders, however I don’t think partaking in a group photo with a dead enemy soldier ( which I agree is distasteful) would fall under vicarious liability.
1
@Kwum aix I think you must be pretty slow... how many times do you have to be told that he was found not guilty of any of those charges and yet you believe it because you read it in some commie rag. BTW what has this got to do with race ? I’m guessing you’re a guilt ridden whitey...am I right?
1
@Kwum aix Lets put it another way ...name the murder charges Gallagher was found guilty of. BTW a medic confessed to killing the terrorist in the photo , so what do you say to that Idiotboy? Now the fun bit. I’m not white you racist piece of crap and it’s hilarious that you are and pretending to concerned about non whites whilst arguing with a non white.
1
@Truth's Knight_0777 given the book was written over 500 years ago I doubt very much concepts even close to vicarious liability were ever considered.

What part on commander in chief does the fired secretary not get?
1
@Creator he can say whatever he wants, but he comes across as a disgruntled ex employee who for some reason thinks he is in charge of the military and not the Commander in Chief.
1
@Creator you obviously didn’t read my last comment.
1
@Creator well if you don’t give a shit , then fuck off
