  5. The idiot premier in Queensland should never have locked down the whole city for 3 days as the contact tracing for such a small number of cases was enough to keep any spread in check.

  6. The sad thing is that idiots think that a cloth mask is going to protect them from the virus, spend time in crowded spaces and then wonder why they get Covid. It’s commonsense , just keep a safe distance from others whether they or you are wearing a mask or not

  14.  @Nic1Moreno  The OP is talking about life after full vaccination. According to the vaccine providers the vaccine is 100% effective at preventing hospitalisation and death.. so if you are fully vaccinated you should be able to live life normally again .

Like New Zealand it has has done well because it is an island nation that closed its international borders very early ( something Fauci was against). If Australia had porous borders like the US it would be in the same boat as the US .

  19.  @suehowie152  the work is to social distance and use hand hygiene. Getting a vaccine doesn’t guarantee you won’t get a new strain or even guarantee you won’t get the strain it was designed for.
