  9. @Queen Stella there is a reason no country did anything in December or January for that matter. It’s because the WHO said there was no human to human Transmission. They also advised against travel restrictions from China, luckily President Trump didn’t listen to them and banned travel from China in late January.

Similarly the black lives matter movement formed in 2013 during Obama’s presidency so it’s not as if he has done anything to help with racial tensions in the US . Having said that, Obama is a has been and no one cares about him anymore.
