  1. Teachers should be out there protesting the leftist ideology syllabus they are forced to push onto kids.. that is the main reason conservatives don’t support teachers claims for more money.

  2. NYC1E1 how is teaching the core subjects pushing an ideology? We just don’t want teachers pushing any of their political values on kids, be it transgenderism , religion or gun control. Leave the values education to their parents.

  3. NYC1E1 you need to check your earlier reply to me about conservatives only supporting pay rises if teachers push conservative ideologies. With regards to Americans getting a better education, I go back to teachers just focusing on the core subjects ; math, science, English, geography , history, etc.. and less focus on pushing their values . America is getting dumber because kids can’t read or write or add up, don’t understand history or science...focus on these basic areas and let the parents teach their kids values and we will all be better off
