He completely destroyed her with facts and logic … again she comes across as a fool that is way out of her depth

@@user-kd3ic2xd5xyep destroyed ! She tried every angle and he calmly dismantled every assertion she made

@storm2000808 what makes no sense is that you people can’t seem to grasp that no one has been charged with let alone convicted of insurrection

You heard and saw what your echo chamber sources wanted you to hear and see. Break out of your bubble and your vision and hearing may improve

@Haniedhoms given no charge let alone conviction has been made for insurrection for anyone let alone Trump makes this whole discussion laughable . You show me one person that has been convicted on insurrection and then we can have a discussion about it
7
@CBlargh how’s she ignoring the constitution? The 14 th amendment section 3 specifically talks about engaging in Insurrection and no one let alone Trump has been charged with let alone convicted of insurrection .
3
@brucewatson2697 firstly the judge was never tasked with ruling on whether trump was guilty of insurrection and given that he hasn’t even been charged makes her opinion on it just that an opinion with no legal standing . As far as the 14th amendment goes how do you think a person is found to be engaging in an insurrection when no charges let alone convictions have been ruled on in any court of Law for anyone let alone Trump?
2
@brucewatson2697 what part of “ her opinion has no legal standing” don’t you understand? . It’s not as if other judges will use her unsolicited opinion as a precedent that overrides a court of laws legal ruling . Now if trump or anyone else was charged and convicted of insurrection then another court of law could legitimately use that ruling as a precedent to apply the 14th amendment. But that will never happen because the case would be laughed out of court

@MikeBryant-m9y she wasn’t asked for her opinion on whether trump was guilty of insurrection .The fact that she gave it doesn’t give it any legal credibility . The bottom line is Trump hasn’t even been charged with insurrection
2
Obiter Dictum. The judge was just opining on something she wasn’t tasked to rule on. She could have also told us what she thought about climate change or inflation or whatever but it has no impact on her ruling
2
The complete insurrection hoax is falling apart as people are starting to realise that no one let alone Trump has been charged or convicted of insurrection

@storm2000808 ha! Got one . I alway use “ you people” to flush out the perpetually offended wokesters. Congratulations you’re the first one today . Now by “ dodging” I assume you mean winning cases brought against him.

@johnbrattan9341 irrelevant … note Judge Sarah Wallace was appointed by a democrat governor.

The judges opinion on whether he was guilty of insurrection is meaningless . It was just her unsolicited opinion . The bottom line is besides the left wing media calling January 6 an insurrection no court of law has been presented with anyone charged with or convicted of insurrection .
