  8.  @ReformedRepublican  the Supreme Court is doing the opposite to legislating . Firstly reversing Row v Wade hands back abortion control to the legislators in every state . The ending of affirmative action hands back power to the House and senate to make the laws regarding race based discrimination. Stopping Biden’s unconstitutional forgiving of student debt also sends the power of the purse to the house and senate to pass laws to enable loan forgiveness to happen .

Btw the ending of Roe V Wade just passed on decisions about abortion to the states so you’ll find the pro abortion states actually have more liberal conditions and the pro-life states have more restrictions
