I'm not vegan but hardly eat an animals and I don't eat Monsanto Frankinsoy - Max Glyphosate - pseudo Meat either. Set Scots Oat Porige cooked with seeds & eat cold with grass fed whey protein instead of milk is fantastic for losing weight and saving money. I also use bread maker to cook a loaf of bread every other day using organic English flower from ASDA, mostly to avoid preservatives. Baked beans on such lightly toasted is actually a good protein balance and very economical. For Sunday dinner broccoli microwaved in a casserole with small English potatoes and served with sunflower oil is delicious. All these things are massively cheaper than risking any Roundup soya pseudo meat

@Mortiis558 you're talking to a once pig breeder who is now a successful tomato grower. I gave examples of eating none GM none glyphosate food

@Vegan Vibes I don't think eating cheese or milk is good idea but bulk powders whey protein from Amazon is just so easy and goes really well with my set porridge and seeds. I got 2.5 kilos for less than £26 and that is super economical way of getting the amount of protein I need to keep in good muscular shape for my very physical job. At least I can think of those nice cows grazing in the fields which we don't often see nowadays. Whey protein is a byproduct of cheese making and very usable by the body but I don't eat cheese because that is not so easy to digest and Mr fat
