  1. No Russia is just defending their territory. When, like the British Empire, the Soviet Union gave independence to its former colonies, it wasn't expecting NATO to aggressively annexe countries such as in Yugoslavia. We've seen from Iraq invasion, 1000's of accusations made against British soldiers now deemed without foundation (lies).
