All that its not just in school sounds like the Government has been deceived by the familiar "It's a problem at Home" mono-log label that Teaching representatives to Social services put out - After crowding Teenager round the same table, early years style & the class has descended into a noisy rabble that causes kids to crack up & walk out. Give them their own desks - Then Teacher has control & Kids can concentrate un-distracted. Bring competition to be the best back into school & say no to Cultured jealousy of Cultural Marxism
