People complain about UK's "first past the post" system where people vote for an MP, for their local town or local neighborhood' in a city or even a collection of small rural towns & villages, where people know their MP by sight & no problem to put an idea to them when one finds oneself in the same isle in a supermarket! But Example: California 38.8 million all votes go to "winner" even those votes against them? What's that about? Rigged? Crooked? Corrupt? Insane?
