BBC should show the really important information of what led up to the disaster: The reactor responded quickly by shunting down, but that din't fit with the "PLANED TEST RESULT", the control rods Correctly could not be remotely lifted in shut down mode, so like so many scientists only looking for "BELIEVED" outcome, they manually removed control rods & could not put them back. Boom!
