  4. mongo bongo If EU does accept them they will probably arrange a multi billion Euro loan to install Euro as Scotland's currency & loans to keep up interest payments on the loan, until Scots are irreversibly enslaved to European / Gernan banks like Greece is.

  10. Graham Shepherd Slovakia has almost the same size population as Scotland 5.4 million. In 2015 they paid 4.016 billion in contributions (1.4 billion net) Remember much of the money Scotland gets goes to very large landowners (Lairds) and does not go back to the government.

EU is not eco-friendly they just have commissioners carbon trading, more jobs for the rich boys, and plastic into the sea! More champagne? Once Gathering berries, leaves & edible roots from hedgerows was part of life. Such has been replaced by homeless in cities since we joined EU
