Solar Power works well there & washing water can Irigate the new Gardens & Tree lined Parks But religion - that's personal, let everybody chose privately what they have or don't have of religion, it's go nothing to do with running a country as it's proved by trashing Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, swathes of Africa.
