  2. After Germany was reduced to Ruble in WW2 having 1st reduced much of UK, Poland, Russia etc. to rubble where did everybody go? Everybody helped rebuild better Cities with wider roads & parks than before & that's what everybody should help "refugees" do. USA lent big money to finance the rebuilding after WW2 but now we have UN & world bank who can organize that
