  1. A UK "Think Tank " has thought of a solution: Unilaterally allow free trade = nothing to sign. Obviously after a period of time countries which don't reciprocate can have tariffs put back on their goods, without breaking any agreement. The poorest people benefit the most because essential items become cheaper. The £50,000 BMW still cost £50,000 but if we run this idea and Germany doesn't reciprocate by saying that EU allows UK goods trade then we would put whatever tariff they put on our cars, after they had first enjoyed a free trade.
