Heating the ocean up with nuclear power stations is probably what's really to blame that's a massive little Sun if you combine all the sea cooled nuclear power stations Plants can't live without CO2 that's how photosynthesis works transfers energy from the Sun into solid form by using carbon like a battery converting CO2 into glucose add nitrogen and you've got protein and so on even DNA begins as glucose in a plant One thing they have finally got right is to have more green spaces because as I've said plants can't live without CO2 so your trees are your city are actually converting the heat into solid wood not just making some useful shade Solar panels convert energy from the Sun into electricity why don't all new houses have solar and all government buildings those hot hospitals could be cooled by the electricity from the solar panels so that they're not using any extra old fashioned fuel or nuclear fuel hot hot hot but when it's hot their solar panels on their Hospital will be generating maximum electricity to run their cooling system
