  1. That scenario is so last century! The war starts with neutron bombs to neutralize all opposition weapons including nuclear weapons. Hydrogen Neutron bombs can be detonated miles above the earth to neutralize incoming nuclear weapons, ships and submarines. Which side first? Even as first strike by USA starts North Korea hydrogen bombs detonate high in the sky, over USA ships & South Korean military targets & cities enabling North Korea to actually move in to South Korea in the confusion as to who's bomb went where!
