If EU guarded it's borders that well as to know when there are caravans or large numbers on the way to Europe UK might have voted to stay in but they prefer to force the illegal immigrants on countries like Hungary Czech Republic and Poland with threats of massive fines. If UK ever decided to go back they could expect to get the same treatment.
