  1. Have a holiday in UK! Even if I had booked a ferry I'd get off the Motorway & head south along the coast. Meet new people from all over the world & find all sorts of amazing beaches, castles, them parks. Why go to wait on Motorway just not to waste less than that much times wages on ferry fare? Then wait hours queuing at attractions with thought of return jams on other side to spoil holiday?

  2. Is going to be more fun for the Kids getting out to the low-cost beach than sitting in traffic jams only to end up sunburnt & sitting in even more horrific jams on way home. Then there is the terrorism. That could have been my Brother & family in the Nice attack.

  3. lol my brother lives & works in France with his French wife . When it's the kids holidays it's the least stress holiday that is going to be most fun They come to UK with their kids as Dad like fishing in UK lakes Mum likes UK castles & they all like the wild beaches where their fair skin won't be cancerised with sunburn.
