  1. Desalinate water, then use waste water from cities to grow forests, that way solve Climate issue. Could be zero CO2 but even hoter dessert world because land without Vegetative cover gets too hot for anything to grow, like tarmac, re-emitting heat. Green Party [bunch of Stalinists party] got it wrong. Plants can't grow without CO2, food crops can't grow without CO2, not even Green Party Stalinists can live without food.
