  3. Nora AlMeida A work mate of mine has had a vasectomy. He said two children are enough. Maybe it should have been the woman's husband. Her existing 5 children might be all from different men, all living off the state though. How do they choose which woman to sterilise? It's not going to be the woman in a stable marriage where the husband supports the family fully is it?
