  1. Hermits are nothing new! The difference is instead of communicating with an imaginary entity they have the internet and can use their imagination to its fullest on that.

  2. Hrabia. In UK it's called 'anxiety.' It's not uncommon for the anxiety sufferer to become violent/ vociferous, or is it the violent/ vociferous person to become anxious (fearing consequences)? They get sickness benefit for it, so don't need to seek work. They even can get boyfriend or girlfriend paid as a carer so not need to work either. Of course living with somebody who keeps you awake all night is a nightmare so their partners don't stay, but if they did stay they'd only kick them out from time to time, times like when their car wasn't working! Then smash their TV up or some other personal belongings if they didn't return when summoned via Facebook Messenger etc. I'm not sympathetic because when you get professional advice they say is up to them, they have to want to improve.
