  3. EgadsNo All computer controlled machines are Robots. Look at a car factory, "cars built by robots"not one humanoid "robot". Even the Internet as a whole, with its massive combined processing power, doesn't appear to have developed self-awareness, depending on its biological animals for that, so there's not a possibility of a completely self-thinking, self-refueling, self-repairing, self-reproducing military robot.
