  1. This all goes back to destroying Iraq even after they dismantled their rockets, then installing government by religion. North Korea - dismantle their rockets, they will be destroyed so they have nothing to lose by having real weapons that they can hit back with

  2. Seong Ju That's right, Iraq still had rockets early in 2003 but complied & dismantled them. What Iraq didn't comply with was the demand to surrender up WMD (because they didn't have any) so their country was destroyed
