  2. Richard Goode Sounds logical but some countries are much poorer so EU spends more money in their countries than they pay. To the EU Commission this seems fair but if you were to buy a house in one of these poorer countries it might cost you 1/10 what it would cost in one of the so-called richer countries. So how much poorer is not just what their currency is worth but when you take into account what you can buy with the money you have. Before so many Eastern European countries joined the EU we used to have Russian speaking workers from Non EU Ukraine, Belarus and Russia so when we leave the EU we can still do that but most Eastern European countries only earn 1/5 that they can earn in UK because of exchange rate. Where EU really waste most of our money is creating a millionaire elite in such countries, should I say all countries and obviously it is worth their while to stay in the EU the unproductive snobs. Romanians I work with tell how mafia men have become super rich EU "politicians" and corruption is so bad with this EU money that the government try to make some kind of an amnesty for these rich elite corrupt which we've paid for
