  49. UK and Ireland already have a legally binding International agreement not to put a border. EU know that without a backstop this means on the 30th of March 2019 they will have to agree trade deal if they want to continue their lucrative trade surplus in the UK market. Obviously with a backstory EU can continue their trade surplus free. Not quite as good as getting £16 billion pounds and the trade surplus but still free. [ Backstop = Free - without ever having to agree to let UK have it's fishing waters back or any other thing] No Deal it is then
