Age 17 I was stationed in Germany but that Lords law could have offloaded Merkel's "17-year olds" as "children", on to UK.   47. Sweden ranks 3, ahead of Germany at 4 in List of countries by smartphone penetration with 80%+ usually with smart phones. Italy has only 50% smartphone coverage. Smartphones work better than heavy handed lock down. Why? Better informed Swedish smartphone users choose not to have their country folk bombarded with Coronavirus in very hot, negative pressure & sedated
