  10. Another opportunity wasted to actually analyse what is going on in A&E. The NHS need to log and publish A&E cases that are not actually A&E cases. Some analysis has been done outside the NHS and 40% of those attending A&E are minor or non-emergency. But then, if we knew the facts, the NHS couldn't justify the scam they run in ripping the taxpayer off. But the real skin crawling culprits? The 40% lazy and selfish who shouldn't be there. (Probably wouldn't be able to say this in Scotland as Yousaf will come and get me)
