  1. Not sure if this the whole story. Landlords will get a slagging. Councils will get a slagging. Government will get a slagging. Are the couple in question beyond reproach? Should the tax payer be liable to bail them out? Council tax payer? Would rent controls make low end housing available even? Alf has found accomodation but not with his family, that I find sad. Alf deserves better support than he is getting, but no real answers from this story.
