  1. Pity GB just follows the witch-hunt line on this Inquiry. The mistake of course is they assume this all down to No 10. It ignores the reality. No 10 doesn't do the planning, hordes of civil servants had been tasked with this and failed to even come up with a plan for influenza. I am confused what Ms Kingsley is asking for to be honest, let alone how she thinks it should be accomplished. Its easy to sit there in angry pants mode yet fail to tell us what exactly is to be one and how. Probably an opportunity wasted.
