  7. Highest taxes?? Such a lefty myth. Thatcher inherited the poor being taxed at 33%. Many of the poor pay no tax, and the low paid very little tax, the allowances at £12750 is a huge improvement. So instead of just repeating Statrmer's nonsense what should the tax rates be oh clever one?
