Most of the immigrants where I grew up who were working to rebuild the country were Italian, very few Jamaicans, very few Asians, but have no issue with Jamaicans, always loved soicialising with them and their culture. We had one Asian in our school so never saw any problems. However, going back to the Windrush question and one I am happy to back is what did they bring? Reggae. loved it then loved it now. The problem with race relations is that Windrush has been hijacked to spread disinformation and to stop holding black communities to account that have failed themselves, Sky even had the editor of Vogue or Cosmo or something, not sure if I am using the right terminology, apologies if I am not, saying imigrants built this economy. And that is racist nonsense.
