  1. Not only in Italy, most people in all developed countries go to fertility clinics if they are 30-35+. On average its women who need treatment after 30, while guys may need one after 40-45. With treatments costing up to 150 000$, and it may take 6+ month

  2. I think it's a cultural issues, and not only in Italy, but all over the world. Feminist , child free, and consumerism propaganda did it's work. How it can be fixed? Who knows, maybe removing benefits (pension) from people who don't have children whatsoever, and scaling benefits depending on how many children someone has.
