  1. In Vietnam USA lost the gold standard (gold dollar 💵💰) and had huge economic problems from it. In this war USA already lost petrodollar (oil started to sell in other currencies) and in progress of losing global reserve currency status. And USA think they are winning 😅😅😅

  6.  @seneca983  you a right, partially, dollar is still very strong (maybe even stronger than couple a years ago, compared to other currencies), but we are analysing last year data, while stuff is happening in realtime. In 2023 a lot of agreements were signed to do more trade in local currencies, and some countries already use those agreements, so we will see in a couple of months how 2023 compares to 2022. Selling oil only in USD creates huge worldwide demand for USD, strengthening it and increasing US influence. If Japan or other country wants to buy oil from Saudis (or other oil exporters) they need to buy USD. Last 2 countries that tried to sell oil 🛢️ in other currencies ( Iraq and Libia ) were bombed the F out, so US is very hawkish on defending the Petrodollar.
